I’m an Irish chap currently living in Hobart, Tasmania and loving it. This place is special and I still have so much to see! You’re probably wondering what living in Hobart has to do with the name Czeching Out? I started writing this blog back in early 2013 when I moved to the Czech Republic with my then girlfriend. We spent two years living in the beautiful town of Pardubice, which was a great base from which to explore the rest of the Czech Republic and farther afield throughout Europe.
I’m very much into my photography and have enjoyed exploring different aspects of it over the past few years. It’s resulted in a few paid gigs here in Tasmania and I’m hoping to keep improving and work on more projects with interesting people over the coming months.
Usually I won’t write a post unless I have a series of images to illustrate it as I feel the waffle I often write doesn’t quite do the location justice. I’m working full time at the Tasmania University Union and it’s been awesome so far. Looking forward to the new year and all the fun and challenges that will come from that.
Thanks for reading!
